Emseal Joint Systems (often referred to as Sika Emseal) is a leading manufacturer of premium expansion joint systems and pre-compressed sealants. Wall Expansion Joints

These systems are designed for building facades, interior partitions, and transitions, focusing on aesthetics and weatherproofing.

  • Seismic Colorseal: The industry standard for wall joints. It is a silicone-faced, pre-compressed foam that provides a watertight seal with high movement capability and is available in dozens of colors to match building exteriors.
  • Emshield WFR: A fire-rated version of Colorseal that provides a UL-certified 2-hour or 3-hour fire rating without the need for separate fire blankets or mineral wool.

Deck and Floor Systems

  • Submerseal: Specifically designed for joints that will be underwater, such as in swimming pools, water features, and tanks.
  • QuietJoint: An acoustic joint filler used in interior walls to maintain STC (Sound Transmission Class) ratings between rooms.
